Laracon AU 2023 speakers, week one

Happy Friday!
As promised, our first round of speaker announcements went out on Twitter and LinkedIn (and even Threads) this week, and I think we started out with a bang!

First up, Laravel core team member Nuno Maduro will be joining us from Portugal.
Next, an audience favourite from 2019, we welcome back Patima Tantiprasut.
Lastly, though we haven't been able to align our schedules in previous years, I'm excited to welcome Stephen Rees-Carter.
